Dr. Rofkahr is an Integrative Trauma Psychologist with 15+ years of experience. She blends EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Somatic Attachment work with Certified Integrative Mental Health (CIMHP) training and certification in Nutritional Psychology to support whole-person recovery. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and nurturing.

Nic is our Registered Dietitian. Their speciality is working with eating disorders and those struggling in their relationship with food and body image. They work from a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size (HAES), body liberation approach. Nic especially loves working with adolescents and their families, with neurodiverse folks, and with those navigating barriers to food access and security.

Alisha is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked with high-risk teenagers in an inpatient environment, provided school-based services, and worked in a private practice with all ages. Alisha has experience working with individuals with postpartum issues, birth trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and anger management. She utilizes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered approach to meet clients where they are in their healing journey.

Dave is a Registered Yoga Teacher. He took his first yoga class and had an ah-ha moment, discovering the mind/body connection through the breath. He realized this connection is philosophy being lived, not just intellectualized. Teaching is a love that has enlivened him and given him opportunity serve the communities in which he is part of. As a plus-sized, queer woman, I’ve often had a lot of trouble finding massage therapists I felt comfortable with, therefore I am committed to creating a safe space where anyone can feel at ease on my table and seek the care they deserve. I primarily specialize in Swedish and deep tissue massage, but integrate multiple techniques such as myofascial release, cupping, and aromatherapy to create customized sessions that are a physical, emotional, and energetic experience for my clients.
