Crystal Baker, LPC Licensed Professional Counselor

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost twenty years of experience in counseling. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas and have worked in community mental health agencies with children, adolescents, adults and families. I enjoy working with people struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, stress management, grief and loss, self-harm, relational conflict, self-esteem, parenting and life transitions.

My passion for this work comes from a deep understanding that everyone’s path to mental wellness is unique and my intent is to provide a personalized approach to each client. I work collaboratively with each person to identify goals for therapy and use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and a strength’s based approach. I am passionate about helping people heal from whatever struggle or challenge that they are facing, and am committed to walking alongside them on their journey of healing to achieve their desired outcome.

When I am not at work, I enjoy being outdoors, attending sporting events, reading, crafting, completing jigsaw puzzles, trying new recipes, drinking coffee on the patio, and most importantly, spending time with my family.
