Dr. Crystal Rofkahr
Dr. Rofkahr is an Integrative Trauma Psychologist with 15+ years of experience. She blends EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Somatic Attachment work with Certified Integrative Mental Health (CIMHP) training and certification in Nutritional Psychology to support whole-person recovery. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and nurturing.

Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in both individual and group therapy. He has experience in hospital, private practice, and university settings. He utilizes a humanistic, person-centered approach within his cognitive therapy that integrates mindfulness and committed action techniques.

Madison is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, some areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQA+ and OCD. Madison has experience and training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

Bryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He passion is to help men to be their best and healthiest self, to live their life in the fullest and most complete way possible, and most importantly to love those around them and themselves. He utilizes an integrated approach to help men become fully themselves.

Alisha is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked with high-risk teenagers in an inpatient environment, provided school-based services, and worked in a private practice with all ages. Alisha has experience working with individuals with postpartum issues, birth trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and anger management. She utilizes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered approach to meet clients where they are in their healing journey.

Chase is a Licensed Associate Counselor He utilizes aspects of acceptance and commitment therapy along with other evidence based modalities. He works with adults and couples.
LCSW (She/Her) Allie Casleman
Allie is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who holds licenses in both Arkansas and North Carolina. She approaches therapy through a trauma-informed, client-centered lens, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each client where they are. She also has extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a research-supported approach tailored to meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents ages 3–18 who have experienced trauma. Allie is passionate about working with all clients, with a special interest in boundary work, burnout, trauma, and parenting both with co-parents and blended families.

Thalia has spent the past five years working with teens, young adults, and their families as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjusting to new environments or cultures. As a bilingual therapist, she is especially passionate about supporting the Hispanic community and creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and comfortable being themselves.

She is also a Somatic EMDR Practitioner and is trained in Trauma Focused-CBT.

Traci is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She utilizes therapeutic models such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and art-based techniques like Soul Collage. She specializes in working with adults—particularly women and those recovering from narcissistic abuse—as well as adolescents (ages 12-17) and their families. She also has a deep passion for supporting individuals navigating complex relational dynamics or recovering from emotional trauma. Additionally, she has specialized experience with adolescents who exhibit sexually maladaptive behaviors, including those who have offended or engage in high-risk behaviors.

Gabrielle believes that therapy begins by meeting you where you are. With Gabrielle, she encourages you to explore ways to create greater freedom from the struggles that may be keeping you stuck, so you can more fully pursue what matters most to you. Her goal is to facilitate healing and growth in a way that supports lasting change and a deeper sense of well-being. I aim to provide a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space while integrating evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique concerns and goals. Gabrielle’s experience spans community mental health clinics, hospitals, hospice, and Veterans Affairs, and has given me the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of life experiences and challenges. Her hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward a life of greater presence, meaning, and connection.

Nic is our Registered Dietitian. Their speciality is working with eating disorders and those struggling in their relationship with food and body image. They work from a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size (HAES), body liberation approach. Nic especially loves working with adolescents and their families, with neurodiverse folks, and with those navigating barriers to food access and security.

David is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has experience in working with couples, families, and individuals. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program and is trained in both Play Therapy and Family Play Therapy. He utilizes varies different evidence based therapies.

Mary Logan believes that true healing happens through acceptance and genuine connection. Her goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe, seen, and accepted just as they are. Mary Logan takes a person-centered, compassionate approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual, couple, and family has a unique story and inherent strengths to build upon. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, and couples, and values incorporating the family system whenever it supports growth and healing. I am a counseling intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Northwestern University, where I am developing my clinical skills under supervision. I strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My clinical interests include psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on exploring how past experiences shape present patterns and relationships. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including those navigating LGBTQ+ concerns, religious trauma, identity development, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and work toward living more cohesive, authentic, and fulfilling lives.
