Trauma Group
Navigating trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating. Many people find themselves carrying painful memories that resurface again and again, leaving them feeling alone, frightened, and exhausted from trying to survive the present while coping with the past.
In this group, we walk alongside one another, through the pain of survival and toward a horizon of recovery and wholeness. Some days bring laughter, others bring tears, and all of it is welcome here. You do not have to be “put together” to belong. In this space, you are accepted exactly as you are.

Mens Group
This group is meant to allow individuals to show up as they are, open up to the challenging parts of their existence, and work on skills to help them better manage symptoms of stress in their lives. It was created to help you foster a sense of belonging and community without fear of being rejected or excluded for simply having human experiences that are often shamed or minimized for males. If you’re an individual who identifies with and feels directly impacted by the expectations of being male within society, then this group is a safe space for you. This group will tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, feelings of being inadequate or lacking purpose in life, challenges with effective communication, anger management, shame, and unstable relationships.

Religious Trauma Group
The religious trauma group is for anyone (18+) recovering from harmful church, religious, or spiritual experiences. Often finding community and support can be challenging when recovering from religious trauma. The group is intended as a safe space to share religious doubts, struggles, harm, and trauma without any need to hold to certain beliefs. Group sessions will include trauma education, tools for coping with trauma, and facilitated group discussions. No one will be required to talk until they are ready, however there will be guided discussions to provide space for processing experiences in community.
