Yin Flow
This class is a slow, grounding practice that blends gentle movement with long-held Yin postures, designed to support both physical and emotional healing. This class offers a compassionate space to reconnect with your body at your own pace. We begin with mindful, breath-led movement to gently warm the tissues, then move into stillness with supported postures that target the fascia—your body’s connective tissue network.
Fascia plays a key role in how we carry and respond to stress. It can hold patterns of tension from past injury or trauma, often outside of our conscious awareness. By slowing down and softening into these deeper layers, we give the body an opportunity to release restriction, restore mobility, and support nervous system regulation. This work can also help process stored emotions, bringing a greater sense of ease and embodiment. Yin Flow is ideal for those seeking the introspection of Yin with a touch of dynamic movement, making it accessible yet transformative for body and mind.

Movement for Trauma
Trauma and chronic stress often lives in the body, shaping how we move, breathe, and feel. Through slow mindful movements we can begin to shift habitual patterns, release stored stress in the fascia and muscles, and rebuild trust in the body as a safe place to live.
This trauma informed class invites you to move at your own pace, explore breath, and increase body awareness. The class is designed to support individuals who are healing from trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm. Every class is an invitation to remember your body's wisdom, find steadiness within, and cultivate self-compassion. Move mindfully in community to honor your personal healing journey. There is no pressure to push - only to notice, choose, and respond in ways that feel right for you in the moment. We will focus on personal choice, creating safety, release, and regulation skills.
Your body knows the way back to wholeness. Reclaim your strength and reconnect with your body.

Our class offerings are rooted in teachings that originated from the Indus Valley in what is today known as India and Pakistan. We also incorporate modern-day teachings and approaches to add to what was already created in the Indus Valley.
