Ian Tornatore, LPC Mental health therapist (he/him)

I believe that all humans have the innate ability to move towards wholeness and wellbeing, and it is my job as a therapist to help you tap into your inner resources and be a companion on your journey to wholeness. I operate from the values of autonomy, genuineness, collaboration, and curiosity. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are wanting to improve the quality and health of their relationships, are working through life transitions and struggling with questions of identity and meaning, or are working through issues related to depression and anxiety. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy dependent on my client's needs, focused on person-centered and trauma-informed techniques. Whether you struggle with mental health issues that cause you distress on a daily basis, or are just interested in growing and understanding yourself better, I would love to be a part of your story. I have experience working with a wide spectrum of individuals and issues, having worked in both community mental health and the private practice setting.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University. In my free time, I love to hang out with my partner and daughter, share a meal with friends, and spend time outdoors hiking and rock climbing.
