Erica handles everything billing at Day By Day, and is the best person to talk to if you have any questions related to insurance or payment. She has a certificate in computerized accounting, and spent 13 years as an LPN. She has over 20 years in office experience, with 5 of them being in mental health. Erica grew up in California and decided to move to Arkansas 5 years ago, now she loves it! She is passionate about personal growth and spirituality, and has explored reiki with our practitioner Deb. When not at work you can find her hanging out with her 4 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 fiancé.
