Diana cascante vallejo, LAC, mental health therapist
My goal is to create a respectful, compassionate, and supportive space where each person can show up as they are. I use a client-centered approach, incorporating emotion-focused and attachment therapies based on my clients' needs, including transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, cultural concerns, and grief. I was born and raised in Ecuador and moved to Arkansas in 2014. Having navigated the challenges of moving between countries, I am passionate about supporting families and individuals from various backgrounds, traditions, and languages as they navigate life in America. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both Spanish and English, I can connect with clients in the language that best supports their healing journey.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Arkansas, where I also completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my free time, I enjoy running and biking, as well as spending time with friends and family.
