She will work with each individual, utilizing specific orthopedic assessments and providing therapeutic exercises and/or ergonomic changes to help eliminate the root cause of the pain cycles happening within their bodies. Alongside colleen’s clinical practice, she has worked with many teams, and onsite at athletic events. Ones to note, are the UofA Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams, the Vancouver Whitecaps Men’s Soccer team, the Inaugural Whistler Ironman competition, SFU men’s football team, as well as many running events.

Outside of Massage Therapy, Colleen tries to fit in some good fictional reads, and stays active, with her 2 dogs, and 3 kids. She is a casual runner out on the trails, as well as some peloton biking at home, she loves a good group fitness class!  Colleen looks forward to working with the community and being a part of your health and wellness team.
