Chase Roweton, LAC mental health therapist (he/him)

Chase received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Oklahoma and his M.S. in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas. He believes in a counseling relationship which is equal and collaborative, relaxed and genuine, and guided by the client towards their own unique and individual needs. In his practice, Chase utilizes aspects of acceptance and commitment therapy, which can help you better tolerate difficult thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and form concrete plans to pursue a more fulfilling life.

In his free time, Chase loves to enjoy fantasy books, movies, games, exercise, and time spent with his friends, family, and cats. He also enjoys creative outlets such as drawing, writing, and cooking.
