About the FACILITATORs - Jenni Kay Long and jordan anderson
Jenni Kay Long, RYT, LCSW, ADS, is passionate about supporting women on their journey towards healing and wholeness. She is an expert in women’s premenstrual mood disorders with a Master’s degree in clinical social work from Bryn Mawr College. She is also a registered yoga teacher and certified in auricular acupuncture. Jenni Kay serves on the Clinical Advisory Board for the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD).
Jordan Anderson is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and a Certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor. She believes each person has their own specific needs concerning nutrition and tailors plans specifically based on a client’s preferences and health background. She teaches clients how to make healthy eating choices while also empowering her clients with basic kitchen skills.
