Are the days leading up to your period filled with relational conflict, hopelessness, extreme fatigue, changes in appetite, panic, and more?

If so, you may be experiencing either Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) or Premenstrual Exacerbation Disorder (PME).

The Day by Day Women’s Cycle Wellness Program is designed to help you understand your cycle, find healing from the overwhelming symptoms of PMDD/PME, and reclaim your life while connecting with a community of women. The program includes individual therapy, group therapy, trauma-sensitive yoga, AcuWellness, nutrition counseling, and retreats that are open to women across the country.
