At Day by Day, we view health as a integrated network made up of body, mind, and spirit. Our Lifestyle Wellness Program combines scientific research with the art of ancient healing practices to care for the whole self, decreasing illness and risk of disease. It is based on the pivotal work of Dr. Dean Ornish. The World Health Organization has predicted that two-thirds of disease worldwide will be due to lifestyle choices by the year 2020. Our program helps you create and sustain a healthy lifestyle so that you can have the life you want to live with a well body and healthy mind.

When helpful, we will work with your other care providers - ie your primary care physician, psychiatrist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, etc - to ensure that your treatment plan is thoughtfully coordinated and collaborative. This integrated care model has proven effective for treating a range of chronic health such as heart disease and diabetes.
