Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Program

DBT combines individual counseling, DBT skills training, and phone coaching to support individuals in navigating everyday life challenges and gaining a healthy relationship with self and others. In this program you are able to have multiple layers of support including getting to connect with your DBT therapist through in-the-moment phone coaching between sessions.

Mindfulness - The ability to observe, describe, and participate in life with awareness and compassion for self and others

Distress Tolerance - The ability to survive large and small crises, self-soothe, and improve difficult situations while accepting what is real

about the facilitator - Dr. Crystal Rofkahr

The Day by Day DBT Program was created and is facilitated by Dr. Crystal Rofkahr. Dr. Rofkahr has studied with the some of world’s foremost experts on mind, body, and soul healing, and through her research discovered that all of our distress, whether it be physical, psychological, or spiritual, can wrap around a person like a spider web, restricting their personal growth and potential. She feels that her purpose in life is to help people reconnect to themselves in such a way that they are capable of breaking through these restrictions so they can live life in a more connected and nourished way.
